Selected to provide all of the UH-1 refurbishment
support for the
- U.S. National Guard.

- US Army Reserve State
Through open competition, US Helicopter
was awarded a contract and refurbished 269 UH-1s for
government customers. A follow-on contract to refurbish an
additional 300 aircraft was awarded to continue to year
2002.
Commercial Sales
Firefighting/Logging
US Helicopter has configured UH-1s for firefighting
using Bambi Buckets or tanks mounted underneath for either
water or fire retardant. Other equipment that has been
provided to be used for firefighting are cargo hooks,
rescue hoists and high skids.
Type
Certification
US Helicopter provides type certification services
consisting of an annual inspection, Aviation Directives
(AD) certification and compliance, Service Bulletins (SB)
and Aviation Safety Action Messages (ASAM) safety of flight
search and compliance and an FAA Certificate of
airworthiness.
International Deliveries
Helicopters have been delivered to commercial and
foreign military customers worldwide including the
Philippines, Colombia, Bolivia, Greece, Tunisia, Peru,
Singapore, Thailand, Argentina, Jordan, Lebanon and Chile.
US Helicopter;s Quality Assurance Team (QAT) accompanies
completed aircraft to their destinations to provide
reassembly expertise and perform test flights.
